This week’s guest is Amy Poore, needlepoint designer and owner of A Poore Girl Paints Needlepoint Designs. Amy acquired the needlepoint virus from a customer at a nail salon and rapidly progressed from stitcher to designer and producer of creative painted canvases. The real catalyst was her husband, who told her to “get a hobby.” Oops! We have a terrific discussion with Amy about her stitching and design interests and about the needlepoint hobby in general. She’s an exciting contributor to the hobby and is working hard to help attract younger stitchers.
