Wednesday returns and so does Arlene Cohen for another midweek conversation about needlework. Our topics include color and needlework design, stitching techniques, when to change needles, an embroidery book Arlene purchased, and her Gossamer lace design. Sunday’s guest: Linda Eaton from Winterthur returns.
Alison Cole is our guest this week. She has been doing needlework almost non-stop since she was a young girl and is considered one of the world’s leading embroidery designers, authors, and teachers. These days she specializes in goldwork and stumpwork designs, continues to travel the world sharing her talents, provides an ongoing schedule of cyber classes, and operates a needlework retail and teaching business with her husband out of their home in Australia. We had a delightful conversation with one of the hobby’s best and are confident you’ll enjoy learning more about Alison Cole.–Gary and Christine
