Julia Fletcher 1847 from The Scarlett HouseToday’s show is definitely different and a bit of an experiment. Gary and Vonna are devoting the entire show to some of the new designs being offered at the Nashville Market, March 1 to 3. While you can certainly simply listen to the podcast and get plenty out of it, we’re accompanying this show with a slide show of some of the designs we like and want to talk about. To see those designs while we talk about them, go to the page for this show at wetalkfiber.com. If you click on the slide show on the podcast page, you’ll see a larger version. Arrows on the left and right of each photo allow you to move through the slideshow. We hope you enjoy our discussion and this different format. Please provide feedback about this format so we’ll have a sense of whether it works. Sunday’s guest: Mary Corbet.

Our usually very reliable hosting company had significant server problems and Fiber Talk was not available all day Monday. Everything is fixed and back in action. If you weren’t able to hear Sunday’s show with Kurdy Biggs because Monday is your day to listen to Fiber Talk, you can hear it now. Sorry for the hassle. Gary

Our sponsors are CyberPointers and Sassy Jacks Stitchery and our guest is needlepoint artist Kevin Lustik. “Velvetpark” magazine said it best, “Lustik’s imaginative work evokes a folksy Americana, yet upon closer inspection, you are confronted by piercing social commentary. Few artists can pull off hot button issues of the day such as climate change and […]
