The conclusion: Sitting and stitching for long periods is not a good thing. The message: Read and follow the instructions. We’re taking a break after this show, except for Patreon content, and will return with a Patreon Silver Needle Zoom session, Aug. 19, and a regular Sunday interview, August 23. If you missed our Tour de Broderie shows, this is a good time to fire up the playlist on YouTube and let them run while you stitch.
