Brenda Côté is a prolific and talented needle artist, skilled needlework finisher, and a terrific blogger. Her Brenda’s Needlepoint Studio blog is a treasure trove of information and tips and a great place to simply ogle beautiful stitching. I’ve followed her for some time now and enjoy every post. I also enjoyed talking to her for this week’s show. Our conversation covered a wide range of needlepoint and needle arts topics. Lisa Dugua is my guest this week. Lisa is owner of The French Needle, an online store that specializes in needlework designs, kits, linen, jewelry, and scarves from French designers and suppliers. Lisa spends considerable time in France and provides us with an excellent view of that country’s needle-arts hobby and industry. The designers she features offer many beautiful and unique designs. If you’re not in the market for another needlework project, spend some time looking at the scarves on her website. They’ll tempt you.–Gary
