We have made our way, once again, to the middle of the week and Arlene and Gary gather to talk about a variety of subjects including ending threads and hiding carried threads, needles, cross stitching Gossamer lace, and a giant table cloth Arlene rescued. 1. I think you should have Priscilla Blain of the Real housewife’s floss tube. She does fantastic finishes and draws the designs for Kathy Habermann. Or maybe have both.

    1. I’ll put her on the list. Thanks for the suggestion and for listening.

    Thanks

    1. Ha! Agreed, it’s about time to talk to Mary again. Thanks for listening.

  3. I’ve only just subscribed to FiberTalk and am catching up on previous episodes. I’ve not seen any of the videos referenced either. Can’t help but wonder if the massive piece of lace Arlene has was a wedding veil at some point.

Very much looking forward to hearing the results of the blind needle testing. 😉

    1. Glad you’ve joined the listening community. That piece Arlene has would serve as a veil for ten brides. It’s absolutely massive. Check her blog or Instagram to see a photo. She had to go to a lace guild meeting in a large room to have enough space to spread that thing out. It’s definitely a treasure. Will be most interesting to see what she does with it. Thanks for listening. Gary
