Fiber Talk Samplers Series

Wednesday night, Oct. 6, we broadcast our fourth in the series of live sampler shows. This week we were live at The Attic (attic needlework.com) with Jean Lea and our pocketbooks are lighter for it. For the other three shows in the series, we enjoyed seeing a number of samplers from the collection of Kim Young, Sassy Jacks Stitchery (sassyjacksstitchery.com), fawned over some of the collection owned by Melinda Cole of Merry Wind Farm, and received an excellent sampler education from Vickie LoPiccolo Jennett of Needlework Press. If you missed any shows or want to see them again, they are all presented below. We hope you enjoy them.–Gary, Beth, and Jenifer

Special Announcement: New Sampler from HATS

Sarah Braizear 1829 by Hands Across the Sea Samplers.

Nicola Parkman of Hands Across the Sea Samplers just announced their latest limited-edition sampler, Sarah Braizear 1829. The chart is available for pre-order from Hands Across the Sea Samplers and several needlework stores. Fiber Talk will be partnering with Kim Young and Sassy Jacks Stitchery to offer a stitch along for Sarah Braizear.

Nicola Parkman is our Sunday guest this week and we’ll be posting the show tomorrow (Friday), two days early, so listeners can hear more from Nicola about Sarah Braizear, along with some stitching tips from Nicola. On Wednesday, April 25, during our midweek chat, we will be providing details about the SAL, which will start June 6. Sassy Jacks and Fiber Talk have many exciting things planned for the SAL, including prizes and special guests.

This is a limited-edition sampler so order your charts quickly. Sassy Jacks and many other needlework stores already have kits set up.
