Stitched by Suzie Vallerie.Canvas stitched by Suzie VallerieCyberpointers makes this week’s show possible. Our guest is Suzie Vallerie, owner of The Enriched Stitch needlepoint shop and new owner of The Caron Collection line of threads. In addition to the daily business of operating a thriving needlepoint shop, Suzie designs and paints her own canvases and hosts retreats and classes in the Victorian house that is adjacent to the shop. When Lois Caron passed away she purchased the very popular Caron Collection thread line. We were able to talk to Suzie just as she was getting ready to plunge her hands into the world of dyeing threads. It was fun to learn what she knows so far and to hear some of the ideas she has for the Caron Collection. Watch for new colors coming soon and check out CyberPointers, at cyberpointers.org, for many new projects and workshops.–Cindy and Gary
