Fiber Talk Midweek Chat, 11-9-22

Jenifer’s temari and biscornu Fall display.

Our brief hiatus is over and we return for another Midweek Chat. This week’s topics include our WIPGO “efforts,” January 1 project starts, EGA Virtual Lectures, hand lotion, current projects, social media, subversive stitching, and other random topics. The end of the hiatus also means that we will be gathering for a Fiber Talk Stitch Hour tonight. We’ll be stitching, chatting, and doing some giveaways. Join us at 8:00 p.m. Eastern on the Fiber Talk YouTube channels Sunday’s guest: Cecelia Rhoden and Kiana Majhob of The School of Needlework for Disobedient Women–Jenifer and Gary

  1. Dear Gary
I’m currently listening to your YouTube with Jenifer and regarding not having the one DMC thread you need, DMC has a website called “Closest DMC Thread”.
At the bottom of the page, key in your colour you need but don’t have and then DMC generates six closest alternatives that you could use. This gets me out of trouble every time.
    Regards, Jenni
