Fiber Talk Midweek Chat, 8-13-25

The Quirky Autumn designs, by Twin Peak Primitives, are forcing Gary to organize his threads.
The “W” day has arrived and Cindy and Gary gathered to talk about Iowa State Fair results (lots of ribbons) and becoming a Fiber Talk Patreon subscriber. We also discuss analyzing a design and determining whether to stitch all of it or to modify it to make it the design you want. Then we move on to the process of selecting threads/colors for a project and learn that, basically, Gary needs to sit down and organize his threads so he can assemble the needed colors without spending hours hunting for what may or may not be in the stash. Sunday’s guest: Loetitia Gibier of Korry’s Little Shop.—Cindy and Gary
