Fiber Talk with Arlene Cohen

Arlene Cohen’s award-winning Spanish Savonnerie (Natalia Frank) design, stitched on 40-ct. silk gauze.

Arlene Cohen is our guest this week. Who is Arlene? She’s an extremely versatile and talented needlework artist and lace maker, owner of the Etsy shop WorksByABC, and produces some of the most interesting and informative Flosstube videos available. Skilled with needle and thread? Yes, and then some. At the recently completed ANG Seminar, Arlene earned category first place, Judges’ Choice, Presidents Award, and Delegates Choice awards for her Spanish Savonnerie (Natalia Frank) piece, stitched on 40-ct. silk gauze. We hope you enjoy this week’s conversation in which we cover a wide range of stitching topics.–Gary and Christine
