  1. Thanks for another great podcast. Loved listening to Sarah talk about the sheep and making yarn. Another person for Fiber Talk might be Terri Bay.

  2. Really enjoying the podcasts. You mentioned a link for the bead storage in one of the podcasts – have you had a chance to locate it?

PS – finally figured out why the podcasts did not seem to be working for me (if you remember) – your shows seem to start with a few seconds of blank space before the intro music comes in – it seems I was not being patient enough, but they are working and I am enjoying them on my commute.

  3. Gail,
Thanks for listening and I’m glad you worked out the technical problems. As for bead storage, Nicola Parkman and I talked further about the issue in the 6-28 Mid-Week show. I included links for the bead-storage system on the page for that show. Here are the links:

  4. No wonder Sarah didn’t like spinning! She started all wrong!

  5. Karina Hittle of Artful Offerings would be a fun and interesting person to interview for a podcast. Her business partner , husband Audie Hittle, would be a lively and thoughtful addition…

  6. I found out years ago, that if you take a knee length nylon sock, put it into your vacume nozzle and wrap an elastic around it on the out side of the nozzle. you can vacume all of the beads and they will all be caught inside the stocking. If you vacume the area that you will be working in first, you wont be picking up a lot of dirt with the beads.
I do this every time I use beads, because I always end up dropping beads. And I feel that I am wasting materials if I loose any beads to the floor demons.
