Fiber Talk with Michelle Gajda

Wing of the Crow, Book 1 Autumn by Michelle Gajda

Michelle Gajda of Under the Woolen Willow joins us this week to talk about wool appliqué art. In addition to discussing the mechanics of creating wool-applique, we talk about Michelle’s approach to design, colors, and primitive-style art. Wool appliqué is a technique that is approachable by anyone and works well in combination with cross stitch and other stitching techniques. Enjoy the podcast, then join us Wednesday, Aug. 12, at 8:00 p.m. Eastern on the Fiber Talk YouTube channel. Michelle will be our guest for the live show. We’ll explore some of her art and see a demonstration of the wool-applique technique–Gary
