Thanks to Sassy Jacks Stitchery and Avlea Folk Embroidery for sponsoring the show. In our conversation we learn about Lea, her stitching interests, and her long history of EGA membership. She talks about exciting things the EGA is doing, and some upcoming activities, particularly the 2025 National Seminar. Of note is the new Sampler University, “an all-inclusive two-day sampler extravaganza featuring two popular artisans, two beautiful offerings, and other delights for EGA members and non-members.” The National Seminar, Needlework Faire, will be held Nov. 12 to 16, 2025 in Dallas. Registration for Sampler University and the 2025 Seminar classes opens at noon Eastern on Sept. 10, 2024. Lea also joined us for the Sept. 4, 2024, Fiber Talk Stitch Hour in which we reviewed all of the 2025 classes. The Seminar offers a stunning array of classes for needleworkers of all levels. We hope you enjoy our conversations with Lea and encourage you to join the EGA.–Gary
